A new web site to:
Validate email addresses, deleting the no contacts.
Collect and install in a database the opt-in replies received.
Send bulk emails to order, selected from a mailing db. list.
Confirm the total received/opened on a results page.
Collect payment by paypal etc.
Conform with and include an anti-spam footer.
Install any other requirements, and to legally comply, with emailing.
i.e. a site similar to many email sites currently available. (google)
