A bespoke website with ecommerce and ceo

A webwsite for a fitness proffessional advertising my services. Will also have a lot of free fitness information and a blog and flash banners etc. Need a social networking link page. Also require cms to update myself every day. Would like it ranked high in the search engines to drive customers. Would like a visitor counter to know my visitor traffic. I have a logo but if you feel you could improve the logo by changing it or doing your own then thats fine.
