A basic website developed with ability for customers to login and update information

We are a small private medical company based near London. We need to develop a website to provide information about the medical advice service we sell. We want the site to help market the service and offer customers the ability to login to a customer area and access further information about the services they are receiving.

Please see the attached document for a summary of what we require. We are happy to adopt a template which matches this spec if you have one available. We do not want anything complicated and want to achieve these requirements as simply as possible.

Our budget for building the site is up to £1150.00 (one thousand, one hundred and fifty pounds). This includes all first year costs such as hosting. We require a logo and full design as well as website build.
