How's this sound?
I need a basic android app which supplies the user with a daily/few times weekly push message in a visual template - I can supply this if it helps. Every user receives the same initial set of messages and then they join a timeline. A CMS for me to change/add new push messages would be ideal but isn't essential.
Ability to share via Facebook/Twitter would be great, along with support uploading to Google Play.
A modest budget as a personal project. Finer details to be discussed!
