Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
an interactive web site which allows users to manage a Lottery Syndicate online using Visual Studio 2010 and ASP.NET 4 (C#). A user manual for the program must be included. The program must provide the capability of checking the numbers drawn on Saturday night (or Wednesday night) against a set of number(s) used by a lottery syndicate (maximum 100 members). The program must allow the lottery syndicate database to be edited ‘online’ to enable user to add new lines, change lines etc.). Further extensions in the programs facilities (e.g. predicting six random numbers for the bi-weekly draw on the lottery, automatically obtaining the lottery winning numbers from the National Lottery web site, allowing multiple lottery syndicates to be stored, maintaining a database of past lottery draws, providing records of previous wins, ability to list ‘hot’ numbers etc.) will obtain additional marks. The web site must use ASP.NET 4 to obtain data from an Access database in order to check for winners.
I would like
1. A CD-Rom with the complete directories for your Visual Studio Web Site.
The web pages must allow the user to view and change information on the lottery syndicate database and it must check the database for jackpot winners (6 balls matching) of the lottery. It should also include a lottery number generator (i.e. a method of predicting six random numbers for the bi-weekly draw on the lottery).
It must have a password protected administration section to allow authorised users to add and change the lottery syndicate database. It must also check the database for all the different combinations of winners (e.g. 3 balls matching, 4 balls matching, 5 balls matching, 5 balls matching and bonus ball, 6 balls matching)
also automatically obtaining the lottery winning numbers from the National Lottery web site, allowing multiple lottery syndicates to be stored, maintaining a database of past lottery draws, providing records of previous wins, ability to list ‘hot’ numbers etc.
