A 3 Page static simple standalone Web APP to be downloaded as APP on iphones 3,4,5 and android.

We need a web app programmer to do an extremely simple 3 page wep app for a British Fruit brand, a web app, i meant a standalone software to be put on a website, then the diff versions of the softwares are to be downloaded onto an iphone,3,4,5 and android environment and will work to show content on the phone as an app and content can work off-line. No need to go on any app store or adroid market of any sort of app market/stores. App to be allowed only from the fruit brand website to mobile phones.

We will have 1 homepage with text and graphics and branding graphics background accompanied with 2 buttons, 2 buttons are to click to 2 other pages with some text and image, and branding background. So altogether 3 pages - they click to each of the 2 other pages and one of the page will have a extra button to click to open a website URL - no other functionalities required. on 3 pages. We will design and supply ready to use photoshop files to the programmer to build this. We'd like to have the app done in the one week. Designs currently at approval stage with client will be ready in next 5 working days. Ideally the design are ready as soon as possible and first APP draft (pretty much finished as we would expect) to be ready to show us within next 3 working days after receiving the project ad maximum of 2 extra working days to see a final APP for iphone and android. We expect finished product to be supplied for us to upload to website, and be ready to be downloaded from a Mac internet browsers such as Safari, Google Chrome, and Firefox and for PC to be downloaded from browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. The APP is in English. Anyone reliable, currently free to take this, and preferrably located (not a must) in the UK are welcome.
