6 Simple Coding Tasks

This job is for someone that knows exactly what they are doing in bigcommerce coding and it should take no longer than 3 hours. I want to alter the code as follows:
1. Reduce the space between the text lines of my product description page and widen the text space a bit.
2. Move the Add to Cart & Sku information under the price
3. Only have the sidepanel display the relevant category and sub categories of what the customer picked on the navigation bar.
4. Under this panel, I also want the list of brands to show up
5. For new pages that i create such as shipping, returns, etc. I want these page links to show up on the botton of the page vertically with the company telephone number & mailing address and not in the navigation bar.
6. The Telephone number to appear on the top right of the page, Parellel with the company's logo.

I should note that this is the first of several sites I'm working on and am also ssearching to have a good Developer to work with for my future sites.
