5 quotes for a meeting venue

I am looking to hold a property networking meeting in the Croydon area. Needs to be within 15 mins walk of East Croydon National Rail.
Details as follows:
1) Expecting 50-75 attendees to start
2) Event held monthly on a Monday orTuesday evening. Probably from 18:30-22:30
3) The event will be informative yet social, so access to a bar will be required. Any cost implication to a bar set up or a discount rate.
4) Do they provide any presentation facilities with the room hire eg projector, screen etc
5) Is parking available and if so i need details of available space and cost

This will be on a 12 month contract with a view to be permanent.
Negotiation of a rate from £50-£150 could lead to further work.
