5 page site needs implimenting to wordpress - designed and sliced already

We have a site that has been designed that need implementing into wordpress.

The key page layouts have been sliced and the Files are provided below. There are an additional 3 pages that should fit easily within these frameworks with some simple amends. PNG's of these have also been provided (though not to scale - please use sliced HTML for this - PSD's can be provided on acceptance of a suitable bid).

The homepage features a simple slider, which needs to be update from the CMS. The small section of about us Text will link to the about us Page. The small land required section will link to the land required page.

There is the requirement for a properties page and section in the admin. The client is a property developer and wishes to be able to add and delete properties to this page quickly and easily using a separate section of the wordpress CMS, which will handle the Property Title, image upload (up to 6 images) and property description. All will appear on one long page as per the concept.

About us and land required are simple content pages that just need standard CMS functionality, and the contact us page should also be self explanatory.
