4 images built for web application form

I have an online application form that is currently split into 3 sections.

At the top of every page is an image showing which section of the form the user is on (i.e. 1 - Your details, 2 - Your Services etc.)

I need to add a 4th section but do not have the original eps files to edit the images!

I need someone to design 4 new images (for each section of the form) based on the existing images.

This needs to be turned around pretty quickly
