4-6 page e-guide designed to make copy/content look engaging and professional

I am creating a e-guide on '7 steps to more energy' which people can get by signing up on my website (foodtherapy.co.uk).

I have all the copy in a word doc (4 pages) and now need a designer to make this come alive and look really engaging and professional.

I would require my branding on it (can send you my logo, colours and fonts) and would need images/design.

Look i am going for is clean, fresh and sophisticated.
Target audience: Females concerned about their health age 21-50
Number of pages needed: around 5-6 in PDF
Content on the front/back side and body: to be supplied
Ideas for the visual style: can show you my website to get an idea of my style. Something clean, healthy, fresh and upmarket
Things to avoid: looking cheap and tacky
Preferred colors: use my brand colours - lime green, salmon, white and dark grey
