3ds max model of a simple sculpture

I need a 3ds max model (.max format) of a simple sculpture. No texturing required. I will supply a front elevation of the sculpture as I only need to use the model from this one angle. Basically just a 3ds max model exact clone of the image reference. The job will need to be completed within one day of winning the project. No lighting or texturing required.
