3D Walk through of Personal Training studio with sales text and audio inserted

I require a 3d sales video Presentation for my Personal Training company - This will incorporate the modelling of a 3D studio with gym equipment in it and motion fly through - A personal trainer (not animated) and client - body transformation morphing of fat to thin before and afters

I have sales text and will need audio inserted aswell

I am looking for a skilled creative individual who can 3d architect animate and come up with a sick presentation.

I am open to any ideas and ways of doing this - it needs to be slick and corporate but with some cool affects too.

I have had a disappointing last couple of months working with developers and 3D artists so - you better be the real deal and be on constant coms from the beginning as I am on a strict time deadline.

A full brief will be provided.

The video needs to be sales ready for Monday 8th April - no bull!!
