3d walk through / internals of a house

Design details: We have 2d autocad plans for a house, and need this worked into a 3d walk through to include furniture as shown on plans. the walk through must be able to give us a sense of space and ability to pan through the house to give consideration to finishes and furniture. we dont need any 3D work on the exterior of the house. This is to be a tool used by us/interior designer

Extra notes: End product to be provided in Sketchup as we have some software we can use to view this, or in another format with readily avail software that we can download free.
The scope of the job may grow depending on how useful this tool proves to be. If it grows, we may want to extend your remit to render certain finishes/furniture into the model. see pdf's attached for the 2 houses that form part of this project.
