3D rendered flythrough of a hospital

We need a 3D fly through of a hospital (a bird’s eye view, lift the lid type thing – not a full 3D hospital, and then we would be able to click on key areas of the visual and bring up short little customer scenario sequences.

These would comprise of photographic imagery and/or illustration, on screen text and maybe some voice over and nice animation effects to bring it to life. This is not the brief of course (we are awaiting a LOT more detail from the client), but I just wanted to see if it would be something that could be done and an approximate cost
