3d model of engineering detail

For this project we require a freelancer who will be able to build a 3d model(Cinema 4d) of a small detail according to our exact specifications. Improvisation is welcome, but it shouldn't change major parts of the design.
In "Upload Attachments" we put the files, that explain the task and what we expect to see.
We plan to print this detailed on the 3d printer, so we need high detalization.
Also, we add a *.c4d file for easier understanding of the problem, but we want to emphasize that part there made with ​​errors and is not suitable for 3d printing.
