3D model of a dwellling

Hi, I have a CAD drawing of a house extension and require a 3D model to show and make client understand the design.I would like a lump sum fee or set the amount hours you will require to prepare the model and set a capping on it.

a. I may require alterations.
b. Will require 4 visuals from each corner.

c. I understand there is a way of viewing 3D on in a PDF program. This may be easier as i can then rotate at any angle i like and take still shots. See the following website.
