3d model ... blender .. and animator required

looking for a animator for a few minor projects with the possibility of lots of future work..

im not interested in any companies only people who are starting out and struggling to get work

first project would be to create 4 character models in blender on a given design ..... all teddy type
and a simple animation of one of the characters jumping onto the box
