Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
Information for the business: Musician / Wedding & event planner
Industry: Entertainment
Design details: This job contains 2 designs:
FIRST DESIGN:
Design of my personal logo as a jewel. (The one that you see in my avatar picture)
I have the logo a PSD layer. Can't attach it since it exceeds 5MB, but I can send it by email. I would like it to be designed as a cool jewel with diamonds and stuff, and I would like it to be rendered with my face reflection, so besides the diamonds it has to have enough space of a metal material.
I will be needing several renderings of the logo.
1) A render that would fit my facebook banner page. 851 x 315 pixels. At the right side there would be the logo, and at the left side I'll need a cool 3d text saying "Alon Gutman Official". A rough sketch is attached.
2) Similar render but in a different template. A one that fits a youtube channel art. Here's the tamplate:

The LOGO and the text shall be within the text and logo safe area.
Several different angles renders in a square picture (no less than 1440 x 1440 pixels) fitting avatar pictures in facebook / google plus, album arts ... This time just the logo without the text. The more renders the better. Some shall be with the face reflection, some without, different backgrounds, a couple with transparent background...
SECOND DESIGN:
A design of my agency logo. (NOTA with a ring instead of O) See the attached sketches.
Here I don't need as much renders as in previous design, but I will need the ones that fit the facebook page banner and the youtube channel art template.
For both designs I will need the 3D object files, which in future I can provide to other 3D designers, who could use it in my other projects, and also to VFX artist who could use it to create some cool intros for my videos. I'm guessing that many artists use different software, but I suppose there' is some general format that can be recognized by most of them. OBJ / 3DM ... ?
Another thing to pay attention:
(I'm trying to explain here some things that were explained to me by other 3D artist, even though it's a bit Chinese to me, so pardon the broken phone)
Different materials gold/diamonds/silver ... have to be separated and shall not be saved as one mesh.
Also the ring in the NOTA logo will be used to spin in some intro videos. If that means that it has to be separated somehow from the rest of the letters, then be it :)
Ideas for the visual style: PHOTO-REALISTIC
Extra notes: The sketch of the NOTA logo is some simple design drawn by me.
f you come up with a cooler design idea - go for it :)
Just keep in mind that the ring is a wedding ring (not engagement) so it has to be symmetric. (If you roll it on your finger, it has too look the same from all the sides)
