3D CGI pland for a 3 house development ( external plans only)

Experience Level: Intermediate
I would like to have someone produce a scaled 3D drawing of 3 houses which would sit on a large plot of land. I can provide external style and approx sizes of houses and need the external garden, drive etc and houses. Please advise what tool you would use to produce the final result. See example for what i am looking for but with my own design and for my own plot.
