3D Architectural & Interior Design Computer Rendered Drawings

My project is about a redevelopment of an existing building and designing a Cooking school within the site.

I am looking for someone who has experienced (educational or work) with architecture or interior design, and know how to use either Auto CAD, Vectorworks, 3DMax, Sketchup to do rendered computer drawings. Doesn't need to be very professional but at least up to a good standard.

Things to achieve:
1) rendered architectural & interior design computer drawings of my designs
2) rendered different sections of the designed interior
