3D/2D vector business cartoon character designed and created

Hi,

I need a character created for a business start up.

I have a PPH web developer and designer creating the website for my business and have had a logo half designed by the same guy but he does not do characters.

The character I would like designed is quite specific.

The website will be for people seeking physicians and therpaists for treatment privately.

The comapny will be called CAPES (can explain name if your interested) and so I would like a doctor/physiotherpist type character designed wearing a cape.

I have attached an image of something I have found searching the internet that may give you an idea of what im looking for but am looking for somethiing a little better than this really.

Needs to be really professional and appealing and would like these files:

Original Source File, Vector, Fully editable and scaleable.
Versions suitable for print and web use including a print press ready PDF, JPEG & PNG with a transparent background.
