3 x 2 minutes voiceover

We are producing 3 x 2 minute videos and have the scripts already written and the visuals almost complete, but my attempts to record a voice over are not what I'm looking for. I need a quick turnaround, and a voice that is rich, clear, soothing, authoritative (but not bullying/teaching/lecturing), it needs to be professional and freindly. My references are the voice over on the UBS ads or the slightly american voice that used to feature in BA ads.
