3 Page Website Needed Fast.

Please read this job properly before placing your bid.

I may need you to work over the next couple of weekends in order to finish this project. I am in need of a relatively straightforward website but I am up against a pretty tight deadline.

In an ideal world the site would be up and running by Thursday 31/01/13 so that I can get a freelancer setup my PPC the following day, however I am realistic and may be satisfied if it is completed by 03/01/13.

I require a simple but professional looking 3 page website that will consist of the following:

Page 1: Simple page with a Click Here button on the right hand side of the screen.

Page 2: Will have a form where the user can submit their contact details.

Page 3: Will be a simple thank you page.

The aim of this site is to encourage users to provide me with their contact details so that we can call them and follow up on their enquirey.

Once the user has submitted their details I will need the info to be sent to the webmail that is linked to the site.

Please see the examples below to get more of an idea of the look and feel that I want my website to achieve in terms of look and feel:


Example 1:
I really like the layout of this page and would want page 1 of my website to be laid out in pretty much the same way. I would however want the pictures at the top to alternate between 4 or 5 images:

Example 2:

As opposed to the colour scheme on example 1 I would prefer to use black white and grey as in this example:

Example 3:

In this example I really like how the social media buttons on the right hand side stay static as you scroll up and down the screen. I would want something similar that says something along the lines of “Click Here To receive your Free brochure”

Example 4:

On the Click here button I would like to have an image of three or four brochures laid out similar to the image one the right hand side of this web page.

Now I don’t actually like this actual image and I have seen a much better example but I cant find the website at the moment I will forward the better example of brochures to you once I can find the website again

So that should give you a basic idea of what I would like to achieve. I am sure that if you know what you are doing the website itself should be easy enough to put together what I imagine will be more difficult will be getting it up and running on time.

Unfortunately I work long hours so I will require you to be flexible in terms of your working hours and when I can communicate with you. Also I will need you to work on over the 2 weekends in order to get this completed ASAP.

Due to my working hours I will need to be able to communicate with you at the following times: Mon – Fri (1pm – 2:30pm)
Then I will need to be able to communicate with you on Saturday & Sunday (10am-5pm)

I would much rather work with somebody based in the UK with good communication skills and a good grasp of the English Language.
When submitting your bid please give me a realistic indication of how quickly you can get the job done and also please provide me with a link(s) to your portfolio of work.

I will be choosing the successful applicant by 11pm on 24/01/13 and will require that work begins immediately. I would need you to begin work on the layout and functionality.

I will then provide you with the website content on Saturday afternoon.

Unfortunately I do not know anything about web design or coding and so I do not have a preference in terms of the language/code you use. What I do know is that I want the website to look good, work properly and load quickly.

I would also like a site that can easily be amended or updated by either yourself or another designer and I would like the site to be optimised for one or 2 keywords.
