3 page php prototype

A three page PHP website prototype.
1. Logon page using email and password
2. Registration page (gender, title, dob, firstname, middle names, address, contact details, password, password confirmation
3. After sucessful logon display a page with
3.1 banner
3.2 left hand side column options
3.3 right hand side details of options

Note the page layout and banner does not change. The options displayed depend on the user type.
Each option selected displays detailed information in the detailed display area.
