Need a website creating for a start up company

3/4 pages should suffice
1 welcome / sales page
- this page outlines company and also the three services we offer
1 page on services
- going into a little more detail
1 page on service security
- outlining legilsation and how we can help companies comply
1 contact us/request a quote form submission page
- which will auto forward to my personal account

i have paid for hosting with cloud next which includes 5 free email adresses and really need the successful applicant to complete the design and inform me how to upload this.

i also want this site search engine optimised
