2D "Music Avenue" cartoon flash animation

I require one simple flash animation or cartoon for project "Music Avenue" I want designer to create three characters who are trendy rock musicians, wearing headphones, sunglasses or carrying an instrument and when you click on a destination in the map (which is a link), the characters snap their fingers and walk in a cool manner to the destination which then loads a web page. I have attached a rough scan of the map and some characters that I like. The map is of capital cities in Australia and I want one character to have an afro, and all characters to be contemporary looking (not childish). The map and cartoon is to be simple, two-dimensional, and the map should contain some buildings, for example harbour bridge for "Sydney street" The attachment of the map I have drawn is only a rough guide.
