28 page Student Magazine to be designed ASAP!

I currently run a student magazine which goes out in various colleges and universities throughout Essex. My previous designer was very innovative, which I need, however he cut corners and there were too many mistakes in my last issue. I need a designer with new, cutting edge ideas to create a vibrant, eye catching magazine aimed at a mixed gender group aged 16-21. Maximum bid of £300, or just over. This will be a monthly project with guaranteed return custom if completed to a high standard.
