200 PR4 permanent links

Hi, I need 190 links from google pr4 pages. All the links should be from different domain/ip. I would also like my site listed on DMOZ (so looking for you to identify and place it in the best category)


- My site provided Magento ecommerce services so the links must be from relevant sites
- One way links only which are live
- NO black hat or grey hat tactics allowed. Use WHITE HAT techniques only
- Links must be on pages with no more than 40 outbound links
- All backlinks must be DO-FOLLOW and PERMANENT
- Each link must be on separate domain (with different IP address and different Class-C IP address)
- Pages should be cached on google
- Links must be direct static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links etc..
- All links must be submitted manually. No automated software or bots
- No article directories, link directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, flash websites, guest books, social bookmarks, classified ads, web rings or adult sites
- NO robots.txt blocking, noindex sites, under construction pages, ping sites, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sitetorrent sites, file sharing forums, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites
- Must be text links

I would then need a report at the end of the process.
