Hi,
I run a small company, and we're in need of two contracts to be drawn up. I don't mind if they're stock contracts that have been modified, I just need for them to be binding!
First is a non compete contract: I am about to engage a new supplier who would be very well positioned to cut me out of my own business, as we need to tell them almost every part of what we do in order for them to be effective. They have agreed to sign a contract which would prevent them from going into direct competition with me. We just now need the contract drawing up.
Second is a sale agreement: I have just bought a company, but it's simpler than that. Someone I know (Alex) is a sole trader. He makes suits via a website. it is not registered as a company, and he has no trademark. I am taking over this company, and I need a document drawn up which will essentially state that he has no claims over the business once I've taken over. I will be giving him some money in exchange for this. Hence why it's a sale, but not!
Any help you'd be able to offer me on this would be much appreciated.
Thanks
