2 x Responsive HTML5 website templates

Hi there,

I need a web designer who can design 2 website templates for me. The purpose of these templates are they will be used as themes by a non-Wordpress CMS.

THE CODE

- HTML5
- Responsive
- Very clean (no hacks as much as possible)
- If using Javascript, please use jQuery

THE DESIGNS

Since these templates will be used as generic themes, the designer has freedom on the graphics, colours, and look and feel of the templates. As much as possible though, please emulate the themes from Elegant Themes (http://www.elegantthemes.com). (Please don't copy their designs though! I just want the same "premium" look to the templates.)

THE TEMPLATES

1. A personal blog template
2. A business/corporate template

Please include the following sub-pages for each template:

- Homepage
- Single post, with comments and comment box
- Full width page
- Gallery/Portfolio page
- Contact Us page

Also please include at least two colour options for the templates e.g. a light theme and a dark theme. Or a red theme and an orange theme. You decide which, I just need at least two for each template.

DELIVERABLES

- HTML/CSS templates
- Images used
- PSD file

DEADLINE

1 month after initial conversation/project start.
