100 pictures need editing

Hi we have 100 -150 pictures and photos we need to edit in a way let’s say keep the main focal but change the background add things into the photo and take some things away.... we just want to put our twist and mark on the pictures.
We also need to take parts of a picture and make them into a whole new picture
Let me know if you need any more clarification
