10 x Property, homes, house articles required

Hi,

I own a UK property website which will be re-launching shortly, which is aimed at people who want to buy and sell their house privately via our website, but also allows estate agents to advertise their properties for sale.

I am looking for a couple of article writers who will be able to write informative and engaging articles for our website visitors. These articles should be aimed at real people rather than for SEO and should be around 1,000 words each roughly, can go under or over, as long as the article topic is discussed fully.

Some examples of article topics we already have for the site below, which are aimed at first time buyers :

Comparing Mortgages

As mentioned the articles I require should be targeting either people looking to sell their home privately or looking to buy a home via our website.

For example, articles discussing topics such as preparing your house for sale; what are the legal requirements to sell your home privately; articles discussing EPC's.

I would want you to come up with the article topics yourself, and let me know them beforehand and I will approve them before you start. I want people who are knowledgeable about the property market and come come up with interesting ideas/topics for articles which would suit my target audience.

I am looking for ongoing work with good writers.
