My client has provided the content in the form of a word document.
I also have an image for the front cover, it has been retouched and ready to use but is open to creative input, eg wether to use as full page image, cropped, possible other imagery it could be combined with.

The design needs to be clean and minimal (it's for the financial services industry, so pretty corporate). The supplied word doc is formatted pretty nicely so would be a good starting point from a visual point of view.

I would prefer the artwork to be completed in in-design or illustrator, no quark express please.

Other elements to consider is the use of stock vector images and / or photography - but nothing cliché or cheesy.

You will be a professional, experienced designer with advertising agency experience, please no hobbyist or 'pretend' designers. The work is confidential and the winner would need to sign a non disclosure agreement.
