1-page website code, (floating elements) - design etc. already created in photoshop

Description: I need a webpage coded. The design has already been created - screenshots of the page can be sent - there are floating elements, that move to new position when clicking on the menu bar options (all, fashion, beauty).

All is the starting page and clicking on fashion or beauty removes some of the elements and all includes them all.

I have all the artwork and designs already done in photoshop, so it's just the coding that is needed. I will send through photoshop files upon job award.

This page will then require some way of updating the images (many of them are sliders) and links - which I'm happy to be done through the html code - but if you believe that a simple back end admin can be created to automatically update, then the budget could be increased to incorporate this - I require the cleanest, easiest solution, so any examples of front-end floating element design and back-end update system that you've designed in the past would be helpful to see.
