UK Property Deals for Title Splitting & Purchase Lease Options
Looking for an experienced Property Deal maker/ Property Acquisition Specialist to identify, source and negotiate profitable property opportunities across the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience finding motivated landlords, property investors, portfolio owners and landowners who are open to alternative property arrangements, creative deal structures or the sale of part or all of their property holdings. We are particularly interested in opportunities that do not necessarily require a traditional outright purchase. 1. Property Title Splitting and Land Opportunities Identify suitable properties, buildings, portfolios and land holdings where a title split or subdivision may be commercially viable. This may include: Landowners willing to consider selling part of their land or property holdings. Buildings or larger properties that may be capable of being divided into separate units or titles. Properties with potential for subdivision, subject to planning, legal, title and other relevant requirements. Owners interested in selling individual parts of a larger holding rather than the entire asset. The role involves identifying potential opportunities and establishing contact with the relevant owners. Any proposed subdivision or title split will be subject to appropriate legal, planning and professional due diligence. 2. Purchase Lease Options (PLO) Identify and approach landlords and property owners who may be interested in a Purchase Lease Option arrangement. Potential opportunities include: Landlords looking to exit the rental market without selling immediately. Owners of vacant, underperforming or difficult-to-let properties. Landlords with multiple properties or portfolios who may consider alternative disposal arrangements. Owners who are open to granting an option to purchase a property at an agreed price in the future. 3. Rent-to-Rent (R2R) Find landlords and property owners willing to consider a Rent-to-Rent arrangement. We are interested in: Residential properties suitable for single lets, HMOs or serviced accommodation, where legally and commercially appropriate. Landlords seeking reliable property management or a hands-off arrangement. Properties where the owner is open to a suitable company or operator taking a lease, subject to the necessary permissions and compliance requirements. Your Responsibilities for all 3 categories. Research and identify potential property owners, landlords and landowners throughout the UK. Contact prospective sellers and landlords through appropriate channels. Establish whether owners are open to Title splitting, PLO, R2R or other mutually beneficial arrangements. Build relationships with landlords, estate agents, land agents, property investors and other relevant contacts. Gather initial information about the property, ownership, asking price or expectations, rental figures and proposed deal structure. Qualify opportunities and arrange introductions or meetings where appropriate. Provide a clear pipeline of genuine, verifiable leads with supporting information. Ideal Candidate You should have: Previous experience in UK property sourcing, deal packaging, estate agency, landlord acquisition, land sourcing or property investment. A good understanding of PLO, R2R and/or title splitting. Strong research, communication, negotiation and lead-generation skills. The ability to approach property owners professionally and establish genuine interest. A results-driven approach, with an emphasis on quality opportunities rather than large volumes of unqualified leads. Candidates with established landlord, landowner or property investor networks are particularly welcome. What We Need From You When applying, please explain: Your experience with PLO, R2R, title splitting or similar property deals. The areas of the UK you cover. How you identify and approach landlords and landowners. Examples of deals or qualified leads you have sourced previously, where you can share them. Your proposed fee structure, whether fixed per qualified lead, per completed deal, or another mutually agreed arrangement. Engagement and Payment We are open to discussing a flexible arrangement based on the candidate's experience and the quality of opportunities delivered. The priority is to establish a reliable working relationship with someone who can consistently identify genuine opportunities and connect us with owners who are willing to discuss these types of arrangements. Important: We are looking for genuine property opportunities and direct access to interested owners, not scraped databases, recycled leads or generic property lists. If you have the skills and contacts to source creative UK property deals, we would like to hear from you.
