Personal Assistant - hourly pay

I head a small consultancy and lately, I find myself spending too much time on low-value (but absolutely vital) admin, secreterial, back-office (plus other) stuff.

I am madly disorganised and I need somebody to help me become better organised, better able to keep track of outstanding tasks, deadlines, etc. I am a self-proclaimed bad manager, in that most of my requests are last-minute and urgent. I am UK based but work in Italy (and other countries) a lot. So, the ability to communicate in Italian would certainly be a plus, but not mandatory of course.

In conclusion, I am looking for general assistance with a variety of tasks. I am new at this and I would therefore like to work with an individual who can start small and scale quickly.

As you might expect, this is an urgent request!
