About My services

I also have a Bachelors (Honors) degree in Computer Sciences, which has given me a strong IT base and the ability to work on various software platforms. My strong Business and IT background have enabled me to use both quantitative and qualitative evaluation for analyzing and improving problematic business scenarios.

All aspects of training were covered including approaching an organization to negotiate permission to train to their employees, assessing training needs according to topic provided by the organization, assigning tasks to team members, designing training keeping in mind the prioritized needs of the trainees constituting a variety of concepts including voice and tone, listening, empathy, language and stress management, delivering training with the help of video clips, recorded calls, written and practical exercises, handling and interpreting trainees’ responses in a real business environment, and interpreting trainee ratings.

(Head Office, Islamabad, a mobile telephony company and a subsidiary of Telenor Norway listed on NASDAQ) -
I carried out all recruitment activities including short listing candidates for various positions after understanding the hiring needs of various departments, scheduling interviews, assisting at questioning in interviews, updating records, managing the online recruitment system and setting up an assessment center with a team for the mass hiring of more than 200 candidates. As Telenor Norway is listed on NASDAQ, this internship gave me an opportunity to closely examine how policies in accordance to the International Labor Organization and U.S. regulations, were applied to establish an ethical code of conduct in day to day business.

I have successfuly completed my MBA in Human Resource Management.
