10/10 but I can only give 5 stars. Jim is highly professional, knowledgeable, cost effective and meticulous. I hired Jim to create custom software to automate some excel reporting. I was spending 4 days reporting manually and now spend 30 mins each month, at the press of 3 buttons. I am deliriously happy with the software and the savings to my company. Jim has been very professional in his whole approach to quoting, assessing my needs, proposing solutions, providing the software and fixing any bugs until perfect. I found great value in his price. Friendly, prompt and everything else you could hope for an more in contracting a programmer. I would recommend Jim to everyone.
