We are developing next-generation modular clean energy parks in Sweden and are seeking a highly skilled 3D visualization expert with experience in large-scale industrial / infrastructure environments. This project is confidential and relates to strategic energy infrastructure development. Shortlisted candidates will be required to sign an NDA before receiving detailed materials. The objective is to create investor-grade, photorealistic 3D site visualizations of modular clean energy parks using Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) integrated into real Swedish land properties currently under evaluation. This is mainly a strategic visualization and environmental integration assignment. Need a Hong Kong accountant to file offshore company taxes for 2024 and 2025. 10 year Hong Kong company with full tax exemption operating 100% outside of Hong Kong (single owner, online sales only), current accountant messed up big time. Bubble.io Spotify API has stopped working
Hi, I have a Bubble.io application which has Spotify API integration (using Pathfix to handle the OAuth). I've not worked on this app for many months and since then the API calls have stopped working. As it's been a while since I done this I can't now remember how I got it working - I suspect either a token has expired or perhaps my Pathfix account needs fixing. I could troubleshoot this and fix it, but I'm self taught and relatively new to API integrations so I think an experienced developer will get me to the problem a lot faster, so I'm looking for someone with experience of Bubble.io, Pathfix and Spotify API - or just a good understanding of troubleshooting API calls. We have one architect in New York City who is already specifying Delco in early drawings, and we’re looking to understand what made that possible and build a repeatable approach to expand that success to other firms and regions. Project Objective (by March 31): Deliver a practical “specifier-ready” pilot kit that helps architects size cores/hoistways around Delco’s most common MRL packages (NYC/NJ focus) and makes it easy to include Delco as basis-of-design in drawings/notes.
