I need a website developer who specialises in Weebly websites. The header video (MP4 that loops) functions fine on the home page of a desktop website, but not the mobile version. The template is responsive. Have tested Safari and Chrome browsers, the video does not play on the mobile version. On the mobile version it just places an image (screenshot of the video). I would also like there to be a button the user can click to view the full video like in these two websites: https://incognitosystems.co.uk/ and this one https://lakesdecking.co.uk/ This functionality (video, button, play of full video) needs to work on both desktop and mobile version of website. Technical Project Manager

Location: Montreal, Canada (Local candidates only) Engagement Type: On-Demand Contract (No fixed duration) Roles & Responsibilities Provide pre-sales support by participating in client meetings and requirement discussions. Understand client business needs and translate them into high-level project requirements. Guide the sales team with solutioning and help drive successful deal closures. Act as a bridge between the client and delivery teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. Support Project Managers and delivery teams with project planning, timelines, status tracking, and risk identification. Help the team understand client expectations, priorities, and business mindset. Participate in onsite client meetings across Montreal (and occasionally the US/Canada) as required. Provide project coordination and stakeholder management throughout the engagement. Required Skills & Experience Fluent in French and English (mandatory). Based in Montreal and willing to travel to client locations on short notice. Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar customer-facing role. Strong requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Good understanding of software development projects and project lifecycle.
