Can sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model

I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1.⁠ ⁠Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2.⁠ ⁠Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 70 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also, someone who has a great understanding on how things work and when things won't work. Please quote for an hourly rate, as I would like to find someone I can meet on a regular basis for various product ideas, not just x1. FRA template from MS Forms

Bulk of the project i think is the design of the output document - basically i want a MS forms ( or similar) question set that populates a pretty report, i will need to be able to add my own standard answers to whatever input system is used. We need to develop an app for Russian-speaking people to learn English words. The idea is that each student will have a personal account, which they can use to view flashcards with words. The flashcards are double-sided, with translations and audio (they work like Anki). We also need a way to test the student's knowledge of the words they've learned (multiple choice). Overview I'm an early-childhood educator building a small prototype to use with the young children I teach. The concept: I control a 3D animated character live using my face, while a child in another location plays with that character on a tablet: talking to it and tapping things in a shared scene that respond in real time. Nothing is built yet, this is from scratch. The scope is small on purpose, but it has to genuinely work end to end.
