Can sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model
I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1. Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2. Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 70 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also, someone who has a great understanding on how things work and when things won't work. Please quote for an hourly rate, as I would like to find someone I can meet on a regular basis for various product ideas, not just x1. Also, before any work commences I would ask you to sign a simple NDA for idea protection. Thank you. PS: I am on holiday for 2 weeks back on 8th July will respond to people then thanks for your time

FRA template from MS Forms
Bulk of the project i think is the design of the output document - basically i want a MS forms ( or similar) question set that populates a pretty report, i will need to be able to add my own standard answers to whatever input system is used. I will also need to add text to the final report - so commentary boxes. the critical thing is to design something that doesnt overspill text or miss size pictures. i dont know, if its your type of thing hit me up and i'll share some of what i want it to look like. Dont want to pay a fortune but i realise its specialist. the main points of the project are - Based on standard software packages so i can edit Input dashboard for onsite Inputs - mostly a choice of 5 possible answers, cc 80 questions Some pictures needs to be editable after the creation. My feeling is - MS forms or Excel feeding a designed word template but you know better than me Price maybe right or maybe off, talk to me

Software explainer videos x 2
Need someone who can log into a Saas product with minimal guidance (i.e. I give them a log in and point them to the relevant sections I want included but they need to be able to find the must show bits that meet the brief) and then capture those key moments, animate them into sequences (removing any boring bits and excess waiting etc) and then produce a clean and professional show-and-tell. No cartoon type explainers and it will be minimal marketing copy - just the product doing its thing with relevant overlays with the product video being the hero. Some examples of the style etc - best one is probably https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1cF4T4lgI4 and also https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-QZ7TDSJgLg and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDwR1_vrIg8 No voiceover needed, some decent background music is fine. Need a 1-min and a 3-min version.

A language learning app developing
We need to develop an app for Russian-speaking people to learn English words. The idea is that each student will have a personal account, which they can use to view flashcards with words. The flashcards are double-sided, with translations and audio (they work like Anki). We also need a way to test the student's knowledge of the words they've learned (multiple choice). The app shouldn't automatically translate words; I'll be adding all the words manually. The main thing is to have a distinctive design, which I'll describe roughly.

Book Marketer for Dystopian Sci-Fi Novel – Strategy + Execution
Hi, I’m Mikhail, I’m looking for a book marketer who can build and [IMPORTANT] execute a promotional strategy for my debut novel. I’m open to any approach that makes sense for the book. What I need is someone who understands the book’s positioning and can recommend the right channels, not just run one playbook. The book is ‘Android Against Moscow’, published on Amazon (Kindle, paperback, hardcover). It’s set in a near-future authoritarian Russia and follows an elderly theatre scholar and his domestic android as they steal classified evidence of state-sponsored historical falsification and try to escape the country. The genre is dystopian science fiction with political themes. Written by a Russian émigré living in Germany. What didn’t work: I previously ran an email outreach campaign that sent roughly 5500 emails to a broad list (poorly targeted?). The open rate was above 40%, but no purchases or reviews followed. Several contacts turned out to be genre mismatches – horror reviewers, psychological thriller bloggers – people who were never going to connect with this book. I don’t want to repeat that approach. What I already have: A published book. Some audiobook chapters. A prologue video on my YouTube channel. Graphics. What I need is someone who knows what to do with all this stuff. https://www.amazon.com/Android-Against-Moscow-T-Woods/dp/B0GYYZFBQ5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rh45nAewfjU About the book’s audience: I’m not an expert, but this is probably not mainstream commercial fiction. AI says that the readers who’d love this book are people who read Zamyatin, Orwell, Huxley, Philip K. Dick, Kazuo Ishiguro’s ‘Never Let Me Go’. They care about surveillance, AI consciousness, authoritarianism, and what happens to individuals caught inside political machinery. The marketing needs to find those readers specifically, not cast a wide net and hope. One more thing: the androids are inspired by the game ‘Detroit: Become Human’. I changed the shape of those LEDs, but the Detroit fans will immediately recognise them. But Kara’s story is totally different from Dasha’s. In your proposal, please tell me: What strategy would you recommend for a book with this profile, and why? What channels would you prioritise? Whether you’ve marketed books outside mainstream American commercial fiction, particularly anything with international, European or Russian themes. How you handle reporting and communication. How you structure your pricing. Budget is negotiable. I’d rather invest in a focused strategy that reaches the right readers than pay for volume that reaches no one. I realise that you don’t have time to read all the works. Feel free to ask for a review copy. You may feed it to AI (Claude and Gemini are the most practical helpers in this regard), and I’ll tell you what the machine got right.

Overview I'm an early-childhood educator building a small prototype to use with the young children I teach. The concept: I control a 3D animated character live using my face, while a child in another location plays with that character on a tablet: talking to it and tapping things in a shared scene that respond in real time. Nothing is built yet, this is from scratch. The scope is small on purpose, but it has to genuinely work end to end. I'm on a tight, fixed budget, so I want a lean build, not a full app. What version 1 needs to do: - One simple 3D room/scene, child-friendly. - One 3D character in that scene that I control live with my face (facial expressions and head movement driven by my camera). - The child, on a tablet in another country, sees and hears the character in real time and can talk to me through it. - 3 to 4 tappable objects in the scene. When the child taps one, it responds (animates / plays a sound / changes the scene), and I can see what they tapped so I can react in character. - Low latency enough for natural back-and-forth conversation. Important and you decide the tech I'm not prescribing the avatar or networking approach. You're the expert: propose the simplest, lowest-cost way to hit the requirements above. Tell me what you'd use for the face-driven 3D avatar (including whether we should buy or use an existing rig/model rather than build one to save cost), and how you'd handle the real-time remote connection between two countries. I want your recommendation and your reasoning. What I'll provide - A clear walkthrough of the intended experience - Character and room art direction (or budget to source a 3D model, open to your advice here) Out of scope for version 1 - Login, payments, content library, multiple characters or rooms - Production-grade polish - Anything beyond the single remote interactive scene above

AWS Access Granting (email)
I'm currently setting up a new website which links to a third party portal. New website: www.sendcutbend.co.uk Portal Software: www.digifabster.com In order for digifabster to send emails from shop@sendcutbend.co.uk AWS access is required. Here is the instruction from the website. Outgoing email address (recommended) This is the email that the customer will be receiving the emails from. If you want to change this email, you will also need to allow DigiFabster to send emails from this address. This involves providing AWS access to this email address. I have tried, creating an AWS account and tryed linking it, but this is just getting beyond my capabilities. Probably just made thing worse. Need someone who knows what they are doing to activate this link and fix my login mistakes for me. THanks,
Talking head YouTube video. Instructional
I have a YouTube channel with just over 22K subs. I haven't posted in a year but engage with my audience every time I get a message. I am going to reinvigorate the channel and need a video editor to help. I don't do flashy things as the channel is business oriented. That said, I'd love to see if you have ideas. What are the next steps?
