Desk review for a Chartered Engineer or Geologist
I have a fully assembled geotechnical and piling QA evidence pack for a completed residential piling scheme (bored bearing piles in chalk). I need a CEng or CGeol to review it and issue a short signed statement confirming compliance with a planning condition, for the local planning authority. That's it — reviewing existing documents and signing on your own professional judgement. This suits someone who can turn it around efficiently. The pack is complete (geotechnical assessment, piling method statement/RAMS, integrity results, structural movement monitoring). To apply, please confirm in your first message: 1. You are CEng or CGeol — name your institution and membership number. 2. Your professional indemnity insurance covers issuing a signed statement to a planning authority. 3. Brief note on relevant piling / chalk / condition-discharge experience. I'll verify chartership on the public register and ask for a PI certificate before instructing. Full pack shared under NDA with shortlisted applicants. Fixed fee, prompt payment.

24 days ago15 proposalsRemoteWhite-Hat Local SEO Link Builder / Citation Specialist
OVERVIEW I run a portfolio of ~16 local service businesses (luxury transportation / black-car, home services, pet care) in San Diego and the US–Mexico border region. I need a white-hat link builder and local-SEO specialist to earn relevant, real backlinks and build accurate local citations across the portfolio. Ongoing work for the right person. SCOPE - Build and verify local citations with consistent NAP (name, address, phone): Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, BBB, chambers of commerce, and industry-specific directories. - Earn niche-relevant backlinks through manual outreach: travel/tourism blogs, local news, event and wedding vendors, hotels, and partner businesses. - Digital PR / HARO-style placements where relevant. - Deliver a report with a LIVE URL for every link and citation, the page it sits on, and one line on why it's relevant. HARD RULES — READ BEFORE APPLYING - NO PBNs, link farms, blog-comment spam, directory-blast tools, or "X backlinks for $Y" packages. Links from auto-generated or topically irrelevant domains will be rejected and unpaid. - White-hat only. Every link must be a real, indexable page relevant to a local service business. - No link schemes that violate Google's guidelines. Quality over quantity — I would rather have 10 relevant links than 500 junk ones. TO APPLY (I ignore generic/templated proposals) 1. Do NOT tell me how many links you can build per month. Tell me your PROCESS. 2. Name 3 directories or sites you'd target for a luxury airport car-service business in San Diego, plus 1 for a cross-border travel service. 3. Share 3 live URLs of relevant links you've earned for past clients (actual links, not a screenshot of a dashboard). 4. In one sentence: what's the difference between a citation and a backlink? TERMS Paid trial first: 10 verified citations/links on ONE site. If the quality holds, scale to all 16. Budget: This is a paid trial — 10 verified citations on one site. Fixed: $30 per trial site. Upon successful completion of one trial site, you will be assigned 16 additional sites.

Phantom Share / Long-Term Incentive Plan for Key Employees
We are seeking an experienced UK corporate solicitor, preferably with UK–India cross-border employment and tax experience, to prepare a tailored Phantom Share / Long-Term Incentive Plan for two key long-serving employees. **Company structure** We have a UK parent company and an operating/sister company in India. The two selected employees are employed and paid by the India company and have worked with our group for approximately 3–4 years. We want to reward their long-term contribution and retain them as the business grows. This is not an arrangement to issue actual shares in the UK parent company. Instead, we require a legally binding phantom-share arrangement under which each employee may receive a future cash benefit linked to the value, growth or exit value of the UK parent company. The founders must retain full ownership, voting rights and management control. **Proposed entitlement** Each employee will receive a notional entitlement linked to the UK parent company: * On grant: 0.10% * After 12 months’ continued service: 0.12% * After 24 months: 0.14% * After 36 months: 0.16% * After 48 months: 0.18% * After 60 months: maximum 0.20% Entitlement must be subject to continued employment, satisfactory performance, loyalty, confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Employees must receive no actual shares, voting rights, dividend rights, shareholder rights or management rights. **Commercial intention** We prefer payment only on a defined liquidity event, such as a sale of the UK parent company, substantial business or asset sale, merger, acquisition, IPO, or board-approved cash settlement. We require advice on the most appropriate basis for calculating the benefit, including whether it should be based on: * The relevant percentage of net exit proceeds; * Growth in company value from the grant date; or * Another commercially fair, legally robust and tax-efficient method. **Key protections required** The documents must cover: * Vesting and annual increases up to the 0.20% cap; * Clear valuation and payout formula, including liabilities, debts, taxes, transaction costs, investor preferences and founder loans; * Good-leaver and bad-leaver provisions; * Treatment of vested and unvested rights if an employee resigns, is dismissed, becomes inactive, commits misconduct, breaches confidentiality, joins a competitor or fails performance standards; * Whether rights survive for good leavers and for how long; * No payment unless there is a qualifying exit or board-approved settlement; * No sale, transfer, assignment or pledge of phantom rights; * Confidentiality, IP ownership, non-solicitation and reasonable post-termination protections; * Founder control, fundraising, future investor rights, dilution, restructuring, merger and sale protections; * Board discretion to amend, suspend, replace or terminate the scheme where appropriate; * Governing law and dispute-resolution provisions. **Cross-border requirements** The plan must address that the UK parent company’s value is being tracked, while employees work for and are paid through the India company. Please advise on the correct contracting parties, payment route, Indian payroll treatment, UK and Indian tax, withholding, foreign-exchange, transfer-pricing, employment-law and reporting implications. **Deliverables** Please provide: * A short recommendation on the best legal structure; * Tailored Phantom Share / Long-Term Incentive Plan; * Individual award agreements for two employees; * UK parent board resolutions and approvals; * Required India-company documentation or approvals; * Valuation and payout formula; * Good-leaver and bad-leaver clauses; * Simple founder implementation guide; * UK and India tax/compliance checklist; * Advice on whether Indian legal or tax counsel should review the documents. We do not want a generic template or actual shares issued at this stage. We need a practical, founder-protective arrangement that rewards long-term loyalty while preserving ownership and control of the UK parent company. When applying, please confirm your experience with phantom shares, long-term incentive plans, shareholder protections and UK–India arrangements; whether you are a qualified UK solicitor; whether you work with Indian advisers; your fixed fee or estimate; delivery timeframe; and relevant examples of similar work without breaching confidentiality.

Advice on Voluntary Registration & Cash Accounting Scheme
Description: I am a UK-based energy consultant. I receive commission payments from energy suppliers (B2B). My annual VAT taxable turnover is currently below the £90,000 registration threshold, but I am considering voluntary VAT registration. My business expenses include: Rent (VAT applies) Phone & internet (VAT applies) Office equipment (VAT applies) No significant stock or goods for resale I need expert advice on the following: Whether voluntary VAT registration is financially beneficial for my specific business model. Whether the VAT Cash Accounting Scheme is appropriate for me and how it interacts with my commission income (to avoid paying VAT before I am paid by energy suppliers). Any risks or downsides specific to a commission-based consultant (e.g., partial exemption, flat rate scheme suitability, or any excluded transactions under cash accounting). A clear recommendation on whether to register voluntarily now or wait. A summary of ongoing obligations if I register (VAT returns, Making Tax Digital, record-keeping). Deliverables: A short written report (or recorded video call summary) with a clear yes/no recommendation and reasoning. An explanation of cashflow impact using example figures (which I will provide). I do not require ongoing accounting or bookkeeping at this stage – this is purely for advice. Required expertise: UK VAT specialist Experience with consultants / commission-based B2B services Familiarity with HMRC Cash Accounting Scheme rules

Subject: Supported Housing Consultant/Freelancer Required
Experienced Supported Housing Consultant required to establish a comprehensive scheme for adults (18+) experiencing homelessness with low to medium support needs. I need a logo and five accompanying designs to support the logo.
The complete budget for this project is $60.00. Do not accept the job and then ask what the budget is for the project. Again, the budget is $60.00. The price is not negotiable. I need one original logo that embodies the term "Bordello Mind." The term "Bordello Mind" is the theme of the logo. This will be something that goes on clothing/dresswear. I need five additional original theme designs to support the idea of "Bordello Mind." The dresswear is supposed to make a fashion statement. The logo will generally appear on the top left chest area of a shirt, for instance, whereas the supporting designs can go below it on the main part of the shirt. I need you to come up with some original ideas for a logo, and I'll choose one. I also need you to come up with some original supporting designs, and I'll choose five of them. There is no set color scheme in mind. Here is some inspiration to help you with the logo and design: Brand Name: Bordello Mind Brand Personality: Bold, mysterious, intellectual, rebellious, sophisticated. Core Themes: A rebellious state of mind. The tension between temptation and morality. Unconventional thinking. Dark luxury. Neo-noir aesthetics. Artistic, provocative streetwear. Mood: Exclusive, confident, cinematic, timeless, slightly dangerous—but never vulgar. Avoid: Anything that is overtly sexual, cartoonish, or cliché (such as explicit imagery, or obvious brothel references). It can be sensual, but subtle. It can be suggestive, but not obvious. Think of a man, travelling abroad, freely pursuing unburdened romances with beautiful women. I need someone who can start on the project immediately. However, I prefer accuracy over speed, so you can take your time with the deliverables. There are no partial payments. I need the entire project completed before funds are released. If you submit for this project, the deposit should be no more than the minimum deposit for the project, or you will not be considered for the project (It looks like it's $45.00). Review the requirements of this project and be sure you agree to all of them before you request to be considered for the project.

Emulate/copy existing website

A logo for our 'Magistrates in the Community' programme
Hello Please use elements of our logo (attached) to create a new logo for the Magistrates' Association's "Magistrates in the Community" programme, for us to use in promotional materials and PowerPoint presentations. Our brand identity is quite professional and our primary brand colour scheme reflects this. However, this logo is for a community scheme, so I'd like it to be more bright and welcoming and if possible, reflect themes of 'community' and people. It also needs to be flexible, so that we can use Photoshop (or similar software) to add the name of our local branches (they operate the "Magistrates in the Community" programme in their areas), so that each branch operating the programme has the logo with their branch name on it. The branches' names are typically the name of the county that they operate in (eg: Surrey branch, Cumbria branch, etc) As well as black, the new logo should feature some or all of our brand colours - see attached brand guidelines PDF.
One page (simple) website
I need a one page simple website. The logo is there already, the text has been written. The colour scheme is clear. I just need it in a workable version on 123 reg in a way that I can edit my texts later. Thanks

Strong communication, timely delivery and ability to collaborate with contractors are essential. Prior portfolio and UK-relevant experience preferred. Competitive ongoing work for the right candidate.
Office Stationary
Create a polished Microsoft Word stationery template for office use: letterhead and compliment slip. Enhance professionalism with refined typography, consistent spacing, and print-ready margins. Implement editable header/footer sections and replaceable logo placeholder to update the year (e.g., 2026) annually. Provide a clean, modern layout, ensure compatibility with Word versions, and include easy-to-edit text styles and color scheme for brand cohesion.
