LOST SEO!!
The site need fixes clean up the technical and on-page issues that hold a site back, like broken pages, slow loads, weak titles, indexing problems and thin content. I know that improves overall site health and will win back some of the smaller rankings fairly quickly. We need to find more products like "garden drinks cooler" and "drinks cooler table" sitting near the top of page one we can push up. The site had a big drop around September 2025, and lost page one rankings for a lot of high value terms all at once, like patio heaters, cantilever parasols and pizza ovens, this can be recovered. That kind of sudden, sitewide loss usually points to one root cause, such as a technical change, an indexing issue or an algorithm hit, rather than lots of small problems. So the fixes are the right foundation and will show early movement, but the bigger prize is finding what triggered the September drop and recovering those rankings. That's where the real traffic is, and it's what I'd want to focus on.

13 days ago45 proposalsRemoteSeeking eCommerce Beta Testers
Beta Tester - Optagen Portal & Integrations What you’re testing The Optagen portal lets you manage multiple stores by bringing together data from your commerce, analytics, accounting, inventory, and CRM systems. It creates a single ranked action list, with each recommendation labeled for trust and checked against real results. We need beta testers to use the portal with real store data and identify what breaks, what’s slow, what’s missing, and what doesn’t match reality. Integration coverage required You will test syncing and data accuracy across these integrations: Commerce platforms: Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Search Console Shipping/3PL: ShipBob, ShipStation, Easyship Inventory systems: Cin7, Katana Accounting: QuickBooks, Xero Marketing/CRM: Klaviyo You don’t need to use every integration—just test the ones you already use. We’re aiming for each tester to cover at least 3 or 4 integrations from different categories. What we’re asking 1. Sync completeness: Check if all the expected fields from each integration show up in the portal. Are SKU, pricing, margin, sales, traffic, inventory, and competitor data there? 2. Refresh latency: See how long it takes for changes in your source system (like a price update in Shopify or a GA4 event) to show up in the ranked plan. 3. Data accuracy: Choose 5 to 10 data points you can check in both your source system and Optagen. Do they match? 4. Signal read accuracy: The portal calculates metrics such as AI visibility, SKU margins, demand signals, returns concentration, pricing elasticity, and competitor share of voice. Check these against your store. Do they make sense? Can you find the data sources if you look for them? 5. Ranked plan stability: Run the same store scan twice in one week. Does the ranked plan update based on new data, or does it stay the same? Are the revenue-impact numbers realistic? What we’re not asking * Testing the governed execution agent (scheduled to ship later; currently in development) * Load testing or scale testing * Security testing or pen testing * UX/design feedback (we’ll gather that separately) Timeline and access * Beta runs from [DATE] to [DATE] * You’ll get portal access for your own stores, using your real data—not test data. * We’ll keep an eye on logs and collect diagnostics if something fails. Please report any issues as they happen via a feedback button. * We’ll have a weekly sync call to talk about any blockers or patterns you notice. Who should apply * You run 1-5 stores across 2+ of these platforms. * You can verify data accuracy (you know your actual margins, traffic, and sales numbers) * You’re willing to spend 2-4 hours per week auditing sync health and data correctness. * You’re okay with bugs and incomplete features since this is a beta test. When you apply, please indicate: * Which platforms you currently use (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Etsy etc.) * Rough store size (monthly revenue or annual, average order value, SKU count) * Any specific data quality concerns you have with your current setup
19 days ago40 proposalsRemoteComprehensive SEO Revamp for jobone.in
jobone.in website full check it first I’m looking for a thorough, end-to-end SEO overhaul of jobone.in with one clear objective: move the site higher in Google’s results. To get there, I need a detailed technical and on-page audit, followed by hands-on execution focused on two pillars—quality backlink building and targeted content improvement. You’ll start by crawling the entire site, flagging technical issues that hold rankings back, then map out a keyword strategy from scratch (I don’t yet have a list). Once the priority terms are agreed, optimise existing pages, outline new content topics, and secure authoritative backlinks that reinforce the refreshed keyword targets. Deliverables • Full SEO audit report with prioritised fixes • Keyword research file showing search volume, difficulty, and intent • Optimised meta data, heading structure, and content edits for key pages • Content plan with titles, outlines, and internal-linking suggestions • Backlink outreach plan plus a tracker of links acquired I’ll measure success by the implementation of audit recommendations, backlink quality metrics, and upward movement in SERP positions for the agreed keywords over the following weeks. If you have proven results boosting rankings through strategic content updates and white-hat link acquisition, let’s get started.
23 days ago25 proposalsRemoteSEO Audit and Content Plan Outdoor Gear and Repair Services
Alpkit make outdoor and cycling equipment in the UK and run a repair and care service that handles other brands' gear as well as our own. Our product pages perform reasonably in search. Our repair and care content does not, despite being the thing people most often ask us about, and we suspect we are losing a lot of traffic to generic advice sites. We want a technical and content audit of our Shopify store, followed by a practical six-month content plan. The technical side should cover crawlability, site structure, internal linking, page speed on key templates, structured data, and the state of our existing product and category pages. We are less interested in a two-hundred-point checklist than in a prioritised list of what is actually costing us traffic and what it would take to fix each item. The content side is the more important half. We want keyword research around repair, care, maintenance and end-of-life questions for outdoor equipment, mapped against what we already publish and against who currently ranks. From that we want a six-month plan of articles and guides, each with a target query, search intent, suggested structure and a note on which existing page it should support. Where an existing page can be improved rather than replaced, say so. One firm requirement: we are a certified B Corp and we will not publish claims we cannot evidence, so please do not build a plan that depends on sustainability language we would have to substantiate. Practical, checkable advice performs better for us anyway. We will provide Search Console and analytics access, our current content inventory and a marketing contact. Please share a comparable audit you have delivered, tell us which tools you use and whether their cost sits with you, and confirm your timeline.

SEO, AI Search & Website Audit (WordPress)
# Technical SEO & AI Search Audit ## Project Overview I am looking for an experienced SEO consultant to carry out a comprehensive audit of my WordPress website. This is **not** a request for a generic automated SEO report. I want an experienced professional to identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve rankings, AI search visibility and, most importantly, qualified lead generation. The website belongs to an established UK ecommerce fulfilment company and has recently undergone a significant SEO expansion, including new commercial landing pages, industry pages and supporting content to build topical authority. Google Search Console shows rankings have generally improved over the past 12 months, but enquiries have slowed slightly. I would like an independent assessment of whether there are any technical, structural or strategic issues preventing further growth. ## Scope of Work Please review: ### Technical SEO * Crawlability & indexation * XML sitemap & robots.txt * Canonicals & redirects * Duplicate content * Broken links * URL structure * Core Web Vitals & page speed * Mobile usability * Schema * JavaScript rendering * Image optimisation * Any technical issues affecting rankings ### Website Structure * Information architecture * Internal linking * Topic clusters & silos * Navigation * Keyword cannibalisation ### Content Identify: * Thin or weak pages * Content gaps * Duplicate topics * Opportunities to consolidate or expand content I do **not** want pages rewritten - I want to know what should be improved and why. ### Competitor Analysis Compare against leading UK fulfilment companies and identify: * Keyword opportunities * Content gaps * Authority gaps * Competitive advantages we are missing ### Commercial SEO Assess how well the website targets high-intent searches such as Shopify Fulfilment, Ecommerce Fulfilment, Fashion Fulfilment, Omnichannel Fulfilment and other commercially valuable terms. ### AI Search Please assess how well the website is positioned for: * Google AI Overviews * ChatGPT Search * Perplexity * Claude * Gemini * Bing Copilot Review: * Topical authority * Entity optimisation * Semantic coverage * EEAT * Structured data * Internal linking * Brand authority * Opportunities to become a trusted AI citation ### Conversion Optimisation Review the site from a potential customer's perspective and identify opportunities to improve: * Calls to action * Trust signals * User journey * Contact forms * Commercial messaging * Overall conversion rate ## Deliverables Please provide: * Executive summary * Prioritised recommendations * Expected business impact * Estimated implementation difficulty * Quick wins Please categorise recommendations as: * High Impact / Low Effort * High Impact / High Effort * Low Impact / Low Effort * Low Impact / High Effort Finally, if this were **your own business**, what are the **five improvements** you would make first, and why? ## Important I am **not** looking for generic advice such as "write more blogs", "add keywords" or "build backlinks". Recommendations should be specific, evidence-based and prioritised according to business impact. Please do not use AI to generate your report. I am paying for your expertise, experience and judgement. ## Future Work There may be additional work available to implement the agreed recommendations following the audit. ## To Apply Please include: * Similar SEO audits you have completed * Your WordPress experience * Ecommerce/B2B SEO experience * Experience with AI Search / GEO * Tools used (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC etc.) * Fixed price and timescale Please do not send a generic proposal. I'm looking for an experienced consultant who can provide practical, strategic recommendations that will generate more qualified enquiries.

My company is expanding quickly and I need an experienced HR Manager who can dedicate most of their time to talent sourcing. You will build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for our entry-level and mid-level positions, then guide each successful hire through a smooth onboarding process and handle light HR administration once they are on board. Talent Sourcing Focus • Actively hunt for candidates on leading online job boards, across social-media networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook Groups, niche forums), and through vetted recruitment agencies we already work with or ones you recommend. • Keep our ATS organised, tagging, ranking, and moving applicants swiftly through each stage. • Present weekly shortlists with a concise summary of fit, salary expectations, and availability. Onboarding & Administration Once an offer is accepted, you will: • Issue contracts, collect documents, and schedule orientation sessions. • Coordinate with IT and facilities to ensure Day-1 readiness. • Maintain digital personnel files, update policy acknowledgements, and track probation reviews. Backlink Building Specialist (Freelance / Performance-Based) — GeoRankers Type: Freelance / Ongoing | Location: Remote About GeoRankers We help B2B SaaS companies understand how AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity describe their brand to potential buyers and go beyond a visibility score to verify whether a specific fix actually moved the needle. We're an early-stage, fast-moving startup building our SEO and organic presence from the ground up. What we need We're looking for an experienced link builder to run a monthly, quality-first backlink acquisition process for our website. This is not a bulk link-placement gig, we care about a small number of real, relevant, high-quality links over a large number of throwaway ones. If your pitch involves PBNs, link farms, paid link networks, or guaranteed link counts with no quality context, this isn't the right fit. What you'll be doing Identify and secure backlink opportunities from topically relevant sites: SaaS, B2B marketing, martech, startup/founder publications, and adjacent categories Execute via legitimate channels: guest posting, HARO/journalist-style outreach, resource-page outreach, partnerships, and other white-hat methods Vet every prospective site for Domain Rating/Authority, real organic traffic, and topical relevance before pitching or placing Report monthly on referring domains added, DR/DA of each, anchor text used, and placement context (not just a raw link count) Flag any link opportunity that looks borderline (low-quality directory, suspicious exchange, etc.) rather than placing it by default Pay structure Performance-based, paid monthly against verified referring domains that meet our quality bar: Minimum DR/DA of 25 and topical relevance required for a placement to count Target: 4–6 qualifying referring domains per month. Placements at DR 40+ are weighted 1.5–2x toward this target and we'd rather reward fewer, stronger links than a higher count of borderline ones Links must be live and verifiable at time of payment Links that go dead or are removed within 60 days of placement will be deducted from the following month's count, not clawed back retroactively Open to proposals on rate per qualifying referring domain — please include your typical monthly output and quality benchmarks in your pitch. What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in white-hat link building for SaaS, tech, or B2B companies: portfolio or case studies required Working knowledge of Ahrefs, Moz, or Semrush for prospecting and vetting Clear, honest reporting: we'd rather know the real number than a padded one Understanding of what actually moves rankings vs. what just moves a vanity metric Bonus: experience specifically with early-stage/startup SEO, or in the marketing tech / SaaS tools space To apply Share 2–3 examples of backlinks you've placed for a SaaS or B2B client (site, DR at time of placement, and result if known), and your proposed monthly rate structure.
