Weebly Website - Video on Mobile Version to Play

I need a website developer who specialises in Weebly websites. The header video (MP4 that loops) functions fine on the home page of a desktop website, but not the mobile version. The template is responsive. Have tested Safari and Chrome browsers, the video does not play on the mobile version. On the mobile version it just places an image (screenshot of the video). HubSpot Mobile Navigation & Page Style Fix

We’re looking for a HubSpot CMS freelancer to fix a mobile navigation issue on our website. At the moment, the burger icon appears on mobile, but when visitors tap it, nothing opens. This means mobile users can’t access the rest of the site properly. We don’t need a redesign at this stage. We simply need the mobile menu to work correctly and show the same links and general styling as the desktop navigation – we are using an old template. We’d also like help tidying up a small number of pages that appear to be using an older template or styling. There are currently two affected pages that we can point you to. We want a small library of modular, well-coded templates we can reuse and populate ourselves, that render reliably everywhere from Apple Mail to Outlook. The work covers three master templates: a standard newsletter with stackable content blocks, a single-product promotional layout, and a plain transactional style for order and service messages. Each should be built from interchangeable modules — hero, text block, two-column, product row, button, footer — so our marketing team can assemble new emails by rearranging sections without writing code. Requirements for the build: bulletproof buttons, web-safe fallbacks for custom fonts, retina-ready images with correct fallbacks, dark mode handling, and full responsiveness down to narrow mobile widths. Everything must degrade gracefully in Outlook's rendering engine, which is the usual sticking point and where we will be looking most closely at your work.
