Can sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model

I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1.⁠ ⁠Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2.⁠ ⁠Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 70 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Stage 4 Technical Plans

Hello, We require Stage 4 technical plans to submit to Building Control. Please find the current drawings attached for your review. Separately, we may also be interested in commissioning an overall site layout/masterplan for the property. This would show how the various areas are intended to be used, including elements such as the driveway, parking, orchard, vegetable growing areas, seating spaces, grazing land, and any other future landscaping or land-use proposals. This is primarily for our own long-term planning purposes and is not essential to the erection or installation of the barn itself. Finally, if you work closely with any Building Control specialists or approved inspectors, we have not yet appointed anyone and would be happy to receive recommendations and quotations for this aspect of the project as well.
