Azure Migration Specialist - Full details in attachment.
## Azure specialist to deliver a UK-sovereign production migration (Container Apps · PostgreSQL Flexible Server · Azure OpenAI) The project We run a multi-tenant ready single-tenant B2B SaaS platform (project delivery / PMO software) used in production by enterprise customers. The stack is a TypeScript modular monolith — Fastify API, React SPA, PostgreSQL 17 — currently hosted on Supabase Cloud, Fly.io, and Vercel. An enterprise customer requires **UK sovereign data hosting**, and we are migrating the platform onto Azure in the UK, with sovereignty technically enforced (region-locked policy, private networking, customer-managed keys) rather than promised on paper. **The design work is done.** You will not be starting from a blank page: there is a complete, independently reviewed document set — a High-Level Design, a code-verified Low-Level Design, and a step-by-step migration plan with exit gates, a cutover runbook, and a rollback model. Your job is to **execute and manage the Azure side of that plan**, challenge it where your experience says it's wrong, and get production cut over safely. ### The target architecture (summary) - **Compute**: Azure Container Apps, internal-only environment in a VNet, four containerised services plus a one-off migration Job; Application Gateway WAF_v2 as the single public entry. - **Data**: Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server (PG17), PITR, customer-managed keys, geo-redundant backup to a second UK region; Blob Storage with user-delegation SAS. - **Identity & secrets**: managed identities end-to-end (goal: no static credentials anywhere in production), Key Vault, GitHub Actions OIDC federation for CI/CD. - **AI**: Azure OpenAI, UK South, regional Standard deployments only (data residency enforced by policy). - **Email**: Azure Communication Services (SMTP relay). - **Observability**: Azure Monitor / Log Analytics with an alerting path into our existing external paging service; always-on audit baseline (Activity Log, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud). - **Auth**: the platform's existing open-source auth server (Supabase GoTrue) is re-hosted as a container — sessions and passwords survive the migration by design. You don't need prior GoTrue experience, but you do need to be comfortable running a third-party container against Postgres. Full details in attachment

We're looking for a developer (ideally a few) to help test and improve RailCall, a local-first, developer-grade automation tool. This is real paid work, broken into small fixed-price tasks. Start with one; if it's a good fit, there's a steady stream of more. About the tool (so you can scope your proposal accurately): RailCall runs on your own machine. You describe an automation in plain English and it builds a real, governed workflow that runs locally - not in a vendor cloud. Nothing executes until you approve it (dry-run by default), and every run is sealed with a signed receipt you can verify offline. Keys, data and logs stay on your machine. There's a free tier (500 flows/month, no card) so you can install and start straight away. - Site: https://railcall.ai - Docs: https://railcall.ai/docs.html - Install (macOS/Linux): curl -fsSL https://railcall.ai/install.sh | bash - then run: railcall studio The tasks we're paying for (fixed price, per accepted deliverable): 1. A reproducible bug report or actionable feedback - approx £8 each. Accepted when we can reproduce the issue from your write-up (clear steps, expected vs actual, environment) or directly act on the feedback. 2. A shipped fix, or a genuinely useful workflow you've built - approx £20 each. Accepted when the fix is verified working, or the workflow runs and you supply its signed receipt (via "railcall verify"). 3. A standout build, a written how-to guide, or a short demo video - approx £40 each. Accepted when it's clear, accurate, and something we'd be happy to share with other developers. Every milestone is agreed, awarded and paid through PeoplePerHour. These are paid tasks - not spec work, not a free contest. What we're after: - Comfortable on the command line, with git, and installing a CLI on macOS or Linux - Can write a clear, reproducible report (steps, expected vs actual, environment) - Bonus: experience with MCP, agent tooling, or workflow automation How to propose: Send a proposal here on PeoplePerHour. Tell us which task you'd like to start with, a rough delivery timeline, and anything relevant you've built before. We agree the milestone, award it, and release payment on delivery through PPH. Reliable contributors will be first in line for more of the same work - this is ongoing, and the longer-term arrangement is still taking shape, so no promises beyond the paid tasks named above.

23 days ago63 proposalsRemoteFinTech Web Application Developer
Summary Project Summary: I want to develop a FinTech web application that allows users to invest in fractional shares of luxury cars. The platform features a user-friendly interface for browsing and purchasing shares, with secure payment processing and real-time market updates. Project Overview: The platform features two core investment mechanics. 1. TurboYield (Car Fractionalization): Users purchase fractional shares of a car to earn passive monthly income derived from rental revenue distributions. Example: A Porsche car is valued at ₹1 Crore. Total Shares Issued: 10,000. Price per share: ₹1,000. Car earns ₹5 lakh net revenue after expenses. Monthly Rental yield = 500000 ÷ 10000 shares = 50/share. 2. TurboFlip (Car Buy & Sell): Users pool capital to purchase a vehicle, which is then resold at a premium, returning the principal and profits back to investors. Example: A Mercedes G wagon is available at 1.5 crore. 150 Investors pool in money. (1 lakh each.) Car is purchased Car is re-sold at 20% premium (i.e. 1.8 crore net revenue after expenses) Payout to each Investor = 1.8 crore ÷ 150 = 1,20,000. Platform: Web-based app (optimized for desktop and mobile) OR Native Mobile Apps for iOS and Android. Preferred Tech Stack: Frontend & Mobile: Cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native to deploy seamlessly to Web, iOS, and Android simultaneously. Backend: Node.js (Express), Python (Django/FastAPI), or Go for scalable backend API development. Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB to safely manage transactional data, user accounts, and fractional investments Cloud & Infra: AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase for secure hosting and scaling. Core Features & Technical Scope: 1. User Authentication & Onboarding • OTP-based signup and login via Mobile (SMS/WhatsApp) and Email • KYC compliance system (PAN, Aadhaar, and Bank Account verification) 2. Investor Dashboard / Members Area • Dashboard – invested amount, current value, total earned, shares owned • Cars (TurboYield) – shows a list of cars that users can buy shares of. When clicked, it opens vehicle details page, where users can select # of shares they wish to buy. • Cars (TurboFlip) – shows a list of cars that users can invest money. • Marketplace (p2p Exchange) – Users can sell their shares here. They can also buy shares listed by other users. • Rewards – e.g. users who own 10 shares get a chance to win an iPhone every quarter. They can choose their own 6-digit number and enter the draw. • Refer & earn – Users can refer others to sign-up and get paid a commission. • Wallet – Members can top-up their account here. Also, payouts from admin are credited to the wallet. They can withdraw to their bank account from here. • Profile – Members profile, KYC details etc. 3. Centralized Admin Console • Overview – shows metrics like total users, # of investors, invested amount etc. • Users – list of users and management. • KYC – pending KYC approvals are reviewed by admin here. • Manage Cars (TurboYield and TurboFlip)– add and manage cars • Payouts – calculate and manage monthly payouts or profit distribution. • Manual Payments – Review UPI / bank transfer submissions and approve • Withdrawals – Approve bank withdrawal requests • Settings – payment and general settings • Rewards & Draw – choose winners for iPhone draw 4. Backend Logic & Automation • Execution of a daily automated backend job (cron job) to calculate dynamic share pricing using revenue metrics. NOTE: I have a 3-page highly detailed technical specifications document with formula metrics and prototype links that I will share under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) once we pass the initial screening.
4 days ago63 proposalsRemoteBuild a Secure Live AI Research Data Processing Prototype
Rapid Low-Code AI Document-Parsing Web Prototype (Secure Cloud Tenant) in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure OpenAI Project Overview: I need a highly concise, working prototype of a secure web application interface. The sole purpose of this app is to demonstrate a secure, live text-processing pipeline during a brief stakeholder review. It must ingest a raw text document/dataset, simulate a structured evaluation process against a pre-set compliance rubric, and dynamically display an optimization analytics page. Key Requirements to Implement: 1. Secure File Upload Interface A minimal, clean user interface with a file drop zone labeled: "Secure Sandbox: Upload Manuscript / Dataset Draft (PDF, DOCX, or CSV)". A secondary text field labeled: "Alternative Manual Input: Paste Methodology / Text Details". A dropdown parameter selector: [Parameter Group A / Baseline Metrics Checklist]. 2. Localized Governance Engine Setup Connect this frontend interface securely to an LLM endpoint (via Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Studio template, or a standard private API pipeline). Define system prompts to parse the document's sections (checking for structural clarity, data mapping consistency, and alignment with baseline formatting rules). 3. Dynamic Output & Accountability Dashboard Upon document submission, the UI must refresh dynamically to show: Maturity / Verification Score: A clean progress gauge (e.g., Ecosystem Readiness Level: 84%). Compliance Rules Checklist: Visual indicators displaying: [Passed] Citation & Data Anonymization Check [Passed] Methodological Parameter Scope [Warning] Formatting Ambiguity Detected in Section 3 Actionable Next Steps: A generated text box detailing exactly what parameters need optimization. Technical Constraints: Must be deployed on a functional, live preview web URL so I can interact with it live during the meeting. Data privacy configuration must be explicitly set to ensure no data processed is utilized for public model training datasets. Important Fail-Safe: Hardcode a single specific fallback template path into the interface so that if the live internet connection fluctuates during the review, the target upload file will immediately trigger the exact correct completed dashboard layout cleanly.

a month ago40 proposalsRemoteI have written a poem, I want videos played throughout.
I have just this evening written a poem, I still need to revise it slightly, but I would ideally love someone who could compile a 3:29 video with background music 'Sand Drawing - Judah Earl'. I have read it out loud with this song playing quietly in the background, I am no video editor, but with weeks of planning and software and time - which I do not have - I may be able to pull something off. Alas, I require the help of a professional. I have worked out roughly, each video needs to be 3-5 seconds long. I don't know whether it's easier to compile them all at 5 seconds and then shorten the clip to match the words? I have details below the scenes I would love to have based on the chronological order of the poem. The one caveat, is ideally I would love to make all the clips my own, using me, my friends and family. However, that will take much longer. Therefore, I thought, if I can pay someone to get the whole video created, with the text and timing done to a tee, then I could ideally work with you again to revise some if not all of the video clips and swap them out with my own. How does that sound? I don't know the price, might have to be an hourly basis. It would also be lovely if you have your own video footage, to make it personable, otherwise stock footage is fine. As I say, with potential revisions done later. Video Scene Order: 1- A man sat quietly on a bench in the background, looking somewhat sad, with hustle and bustle, crowds of people in the foreground passing by as he looks around. 2- A man or woman praying in a church, chapel, then looking out the stained glass window at the end. 3 - two friends hugging and talking 4 - A Mother and Father dancing or grandparents 5 - A man crying looking to the skies, cloudy grey skies, close up of the eyes, filled with sadness - this could be a couple of videos 6 - Sky scenes, clouds, rain, sunsets in the sky, birds flying, a few montage scenes 5-8 seconds 7 - Flying birds, like a murmuration of birds would be wonderful 8 - Crying person with great emotion, letting it all out, saying goodbye perhaps 9 - someone skimming with a stone, the stone disappears - farewell. another drop in the ocean so to speak. 10 - Traveller, explorer, filmed from behind, with a rugged backpack, climbing a hill, mountain, coast path, adventure themed, moving on, going forth with great strength. 11 - Young couple kissing, intimate, young love 12 - Older couple embracing, long lasting love 13 - Seasons Montage - Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. - beautiful. 14 - Clocking spinning, turning, large railway clock, maybe a time lapse of people at times quare station flying by - hinting time flying by. 15 - Someone thinking, deep in thought, pondering questions, maybe sat somewhere quiet. 16 - Something to portray gladness and sadness - good times and bad times, laughter and difficult times. 17 - Workout video, a man or woman pushing through the pain, close up shot in their eyes lifting heavy weight or at the gym, showing power, strength and resilience. 18 - Heartbreak, someone alone by a tree, in a park, relationship ended, sad tears, something to show the world falling around them, maybe leaves falling from a tree as a secondary video. 19 - Clear, calm seas, a beautiful shot of calm waves and maybe a sunset or a whale breaching. 20 - Trees blowing in the wind, shot looking up through the trees. 21 - Moonlight, a breeze at night, a night time scene, maybe the night sky and a shooting star afterwards. 22 - Sunrise, the most beautiful sunrise shot, maybe even with someone in it, looking at the sun as it rises. 23 - A man - me eventually - sat in a meadow, a lovely field, an old English Oak Tree, a wooden field gate, something such as this, looking into the sunset, the shot filmed from behind, contemplating life and lost in thought. End Scene. Thanks p.s. I don't have bags of money, but this is so special to me, I want it to be the first video on my new Instagram account, dedicated to my film making and poetry, reigniting my old self.

Mobile App Developer Needed for Premium AI Coaching App
Hi, We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer or small team to build a premium AI-powered coaching / mentor mobile app from a completed Figma design. This is NOT a basic chatbot app and not a template app. The product is a structured AI coaching experience with onboarding, AI memory, daily tasks, accountability, progress tracking, push notifications, subscriptions, and basic content/admin control. Core MVP features: - iOS + Android app - Figma implementation - registration / login - onboarding flow - weak-area / problem selection - coach intensity selection - AI first-session questionnaire - AI mentor chat - structured AI memory / user context - daily quote system - ONE main daily task per day - YES / NO accountability - internal commitment score / points - progress tracking - weekly reflections - push notifications - free access / trial logic - subscription paywall - Apple In-App Purchases - Google Play Billing - restore purchases - backend subscription validation - locked / unlocked access based on subscription status - basic admin / content control - App Store + Play Store ready builds - deployment support - source code handover - documentation - post-delivery bug-fix support AI requirements: The AI mentor should not feel like normal ChatGPT. It should use: - onboarding answers - user profile - goals / preferences - selected weak areas - coach intensity - conversation summaries - important user facts - task history - YES / NO completion history - progress history - weekly reflections We do NOT want to send unlimited raw chat history to the AI every time. The memory should be structured, scalable, and cost-efficient. The mentor tone should be: - direct - short - disciplined - honest - action-focused - accountability-driven - not generic - not therapy-style - not motivational fluff Daily task logic: The app should give the user ONE main daily task, not multiple random tasks. Flow: 1. User receives one daily task 2. User receives reminder notification 3. Evening check-in asks YES / NO 4. Result is stored 5. Progress / commitment score updates 6. AI mentor reacts based on behavior 7. Future tasks adapt based on history and user context For MVP, daily tasks should use templates/categories + AI personalization, not fully random AI-generated content. Guidance areas should include: - discipline - focus - work / money - fitness - dating / relationships - confidence - habits - appearance / grooming / style - books / films / music recommendations where relevant These should not be separate complex modules in MVP. They should be part of the AI mentor, task templates, content logic, and daily guidance system. Admin / content control: We need a basic content/admin layer to manage: - daily quotes - task templates / categories - basic recommendation content - AI prompt / config text - basic user / subscription visibility if possible This does not need to be a large enterprise admin panel, but important content should not be hardcoded only. Preferred stack: Mobile: - Flutter or React Native / Expo Backend: - Node.js / NestJS, Django, FastAPI, Supabase / PostgreSQL AI: - OpenAI API - Claude optional later - structured memory system - prompt/config layer Payments: - Apple IAP - Google Play Billing - RevenueCat acceptable if recommended Notifications: - Firebase Cloud Messaging or OneSignal We will provide: - completed Figma design - user flows - mood board / visual direction - AI mentor tone direction - feature explanation - content examples where needed Important: We need someone who understands AI memory, user context, subscriptions, backend logic, scalable architecture, and polished mobile UX. Payments must be milestone-based. Payment after each milestone should only be released after a working, testable demo/build is approved. Please answer clearly: 1. What tech stack would you use and why? 2. How would you handle AI memory / user context? 3. Have you built AI chat or AI assistant apps before? 4. Have you implemented Apple IAP and Google Play Billing before? 5. Would you use RevenueCat or direct Apple/Google billing, and why? 6. How would you structure the backend? 7. What would the basic admin/content control include? 8. Estimated timeline? 9. Best fixed price for the full MVP? 10. Milestone breakdown with payment per milestone? 11. 2–3 real mobile apps you personally built? 12. Confirm source code and handover documentation are included. 13. Confirm payment is released only after each working milestone is approved. Please do not send a generic proposal. We are comparing multiple developers and will shortlist based on relevant AI app experience, subscription experience, strong architecture, fair pricing, clear milestones, and ability to understand product logic. Thanks.

Past "Cloud" Projects
MS SQL EXPERT NEEDED (USA BASED ONLY)
As an expert, you must be residing in the USA, be able to provide a W9 tax form as a consultant, and sign an NDA. The project involves analyzing a complex MS SQL database with over 1500 tables in order to dump and convert the raw data tables into MySQL. The backup is nearly 15GB of data. The schema is based on Enspire ERP and requires the ability to identify which tables are joined in order to output relevant archive data. You will work together to provide samples of what data fields are identified and narrow down only those which are required. Many system fields are likely and not needed, so it will be a process of working together to adequately arrive at a curated MySQL database. Migration of resulting data will be part of the process onto a Linux cloud server with MySQL installed. Project will be awarded based on best overall estimated total hours to complete.
