The objective of this project is to build high-quality databases of educational institutions using each country's official register as the authoritative master source and, where necessary, enrich the records with publicly available contact information extracted from the institutions' official websites. Although each country has its own official register, terminology and technical requirements, the overall methodology is consistent across all projects: 1. Obtain the official register of educational institutions. 2. Build the master database containing all active institutions. 3. Visit each institution's official website, where applicable. 4. Extract publicly available contact information. 5. Select the best contact details according to the predefined rules. 6. Produce one final record for each institution. Country-specific instructions—including official data sources, extraction procedures, field mappings, crawling rules, technical requirements and output specifications—are provided in the corresponding annexes. Each annex forms an integral part of this methodology and shall prevail whenever a country requires procedures that differ from the general approach described above. VALIDATION Before the project is awarded, please submit a validation sample demonstrating that you have fully understood the required methodology. The sample must include 5 records for each of the following sources: • England • Slovakia • Norway • Turkey The sample must follow exactly the same extraction rules, field mappings and output structure that will be used for the final deliverables. Only freelancers whose validation sample meets the required quality standards will be considered for the project award. TIMELINE • Please submit the validation sample as soon as possible. • I will be on holiday from 17 July to 30 July. If you have any questions regarding the methodology or country-specific instructions, please ask them before 17 July, as I may not be available during that period. • The final delivery will be required within 7 calendar days from the project award.

We're looking for a developer (ideally a few) to help test and improve RailCall, a local-first, developer-grade automation tool. This is real paid work, broken into small fixed-price tasks. Start with one; if it's a good fit, there's a steady stream of more. About the tool (so you can scope your proposal accurately): RailCall runs on your own machine. You describe an automation in plain English and it builds a real, governed workflow that runs locally - not in a vendor cloud. Nothing executes until you approve it (dry-run by default), and every run is sealed with a signed receipt you can verify offline. Keys, data and logs stay on your machine. There's a free tier (500 flows/month, no card) so you can install and start straight away. - Site: https://railcall.ai - Docs: https://railcall.ai/docs.html - Install (macOS/Linux): curl -fsSL https://railcall.ai/install.sh | bash - then run: railcall studio The tasks we're paying for (fixed price, per accepted deliverable): 1. A reproducible bug report or actionable feedback - approx £8 each. Accepted when we can reproduce the issue from your write-up (clear steps, expected vs actual, environment) or directly act on the feedback. 2. A shipped fix, or a genuinely useful workflow you've built - approx £20 each. Accepted when the fix is verified working, or the workflow runs and you supply its signed receipt (via "railcall verify"). 3. A standout build, a written how-to guide, or a short demo video - approx £40 each. Accepted when it's clear, accurate, and something we'd be happy to share with other developers. Every milestone is agreed, awarded and paid through PeoplePerHour. These are paid tasks - not spec work, not a free contest. What we're after: - Comfortable on the command line, with git, and installing a CLI on macOS or Linux - Can write a clear, reproducible report (steps, expected vs actual, environment) - Bonus: experience with MCP, agent tooling, or workflow automation How to propose: Send a proposal here on PeoplePerHour. Tell us which task you'd like to start with, a rough delivery timeline, and anything relevant you've built before. We agree the milestone, award it, and release payment on delivery through PPH. Reliable contributors will be first in line for more of the same work - this is ongoing, and the longer-term arrangement is still taking shape, so no promises beyond the paid tasks named above.
18 days ago22 proposalsRemoteCan sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model
I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1. Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2. Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 200 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also, someone who has a great understanding on how things work and when things won't work. Please quote for an hourly rate, as I would like to find someone I can meet on a regular basis for various product ideas, not just x1. Also, before any work commences I would ask you to sign a simple NDA for idea protection. Thank you. **Important note: Important clarification about CAD and digital work: I am not preventing anyone from using CAD, digital modelling, computer renders or any other tools they feel are useful in producing the physical model. Use whatever methods you need or want to use behind the scenes. However, I do not want excessive time spent perfecting polished digital renders, and I do not want to be charged for hours of digital work that I have expressly said I do not require. Any digital work should be kept to the minimum in what is genuinely needed to create the physical prototype accurately. The work I am commissioning and paying for is the physical rough prototype, not a beautiful computer render. Also as I said I am not looking for perfection I am looking for a rough physical model that won't win any awards on beauty.

Hello! I need the following files converted to layered svg files. Essentially, I need to be able to adjust the color of each layer, or remove a color and use the garment as that color. I have 4 total images, though for PPH will only allow me to upload three. 1. The black skull "earn your hurt" just needs the black, so it will only be one layer. This will be printed 5", but if it's an SVG I should be able to scale it. 2. black "warpath shield" just needs the black, so again, it will only be one layer. This will be printed 5", but if it's an SVG I should be able to scale it. 3. The "walk your warpath text" Should be 4 layers- black (words, part of the skull image), orange (words, part of the skull image), grey (part of the skull image), and white (part of the skull image). This will be printed full back, so like 12" tall, but if it's an SVG I should be able to scale it. 4. The fourth image I can send when the project is awarded- It's four colors as well (black, white, orange, grey). This will be printed 8", but if it's an SVG I should be able to scale it. I know this is quite a few images, I would love these ASAP.

Phantom Share / Long-Term Incentive Plan for Key Employees
We are seeking an experienced UK corporate solicitor, preferably with UK–India cross-border employment and tax experience, to prepare a tailored Phantom Share / Long-Term Incentive Plan for two key long-serving employees. **Company structure** We have a UK parent company and an operating/sister company in India. The two selected employees are employed and paid by the India company and have worked with our group for approximately 3–4 years. We want to reward their long-term contribution and retain them as the business grows. This is not an arrangement to issue actual shares in the UK parent company. Instead, we require a legally binding phantom-share arrangement under which each employee may receive a future cash benefit linked to the value, growth or exit value of the UK parent company. The founders must retain full ownership, voting rights and management control. **Proposed entitlement** Each employee will receive a notional entitlement linked to the UK parent company: * On grant: 0.10% * After 12 months’ continued service: 0.12% * After 24 months: 0.14% * After 36 months: 0.16% * After 48 months: 0.18% * After 60 months: maximum 0.20% Entitlement must be subject to continued employment, satisfactory performance, loyalty, confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Employees must receive no actual shares, voting rights, dividend rights, shareholder rights or management rights. **Commercial intention** We prefer payment only on a defined liquidity event, such as a sale of the UK parent company, substantial business or asset sale, merger, acquisition, IPO, or board-approved cash settlement. We require advice on the most appropriate basis for calculating the benefit, including whether it should be based on: * The relevant percentage of net exit proceeds; * Growth in company value from the grant date; or * Another commercially fair, legally robust and tax-efficient method. **Key protections required** The documents must cover: * Vesting and annual increases up to the 0.20% cap; * Clear valuation and payout formula, including liabilities, debts, taxes, transaction costs, investor preferences and founder loans; * Good-leaver and bad-leaver provisions; * Treatment of vested and unvested rights if an employee resigns, is dismissed, becomes inactive, commits misconduct, breaches confidentiality, joins a competitor or fails performance standards; * Whether rights survive for good leavers and for how long; * No payment unless there is a qualifying exit or board-approved settlement; * No sale, transfer, assignment or pledge of phantom rights; * Confidentiality, IP ownership, non-solicitation and reasonable post-termination protections; * Founder control, fundraising, future investor rights, dilution, restructuring, merger and sale protections; * Board discretion to amend, suspend, replace or terminate the scheme where appropriate; * Governing law and dispute-resolution provisions. **Cross-border requirements** The plan must address that the UK parent company’s value is being tracked, while employees work for and are paid through the India company. Please advise on the correct contracting parties, payment route, Indian payroll treatment, UK and Indian tax, withholding, foreign-exchange, transfer-pricing, employment-law and reporting implications. **Deliverables** Please provide: * A short recommendation on the best legal structure; * Tailored Phantom Share / Long-Term Incentive Plan; * Individual award agreements for two employees; * UK parent board resolutions and approvals; * Required India-company documentation or approvals; * Valuation and payout formula; * Good-leaver and bad-leaver clauses; * Simple founder implementation guide; * UK and India tax/compliance checklist; * Advice on whether Indian legal or tax counsel should review the documents. We do not want a generic template or actual shares issued at this stage. We need a practical, founder-protective arrangement that rewards long-term loyalty while preserving ownership and control of the UK parent company. When applying, please confirm your experience with phantom shares, long-term incentive plans, shareholder protections and UK–India arrangements; whether you are a qualified UK solicitor; whether you work with Indian advisers; your fixed fee or estimate; delivery timeframe; and relevant examples of similar work without breaching confidentiality.

URGENT Award Entry - Deadline 14:00 GMT, Friday 26th June 2026
I am working on an entry for the UK CRN channel awards which has an urgent deadline - tomorrow! The judges have asked for creative multimedia entries rather than plain text documents. I have attached the text document version of our entry. I've also attached a visual concept mock-up based on the "best kept secret" theme of the entry which I'd like to develop for use. I really like the concept of the locked book, the pages matching the sections of the text document, and the reveal imagery. I've also attached the correct Synlata logo, please use the one without any trademark icon. PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT A PROPOSAL IF YOU CAN HAVE FINAL DRAFT READY IN PDF FORMAT FOR SUBMISSION BEFORE 14:00 GMT ON FRIDAY 26TH JUNE 2026.

Hello I am going to be producing wall stickers for one of my regular clients and I need an illustrator to assist me. There will be approximately 4-5 designs. I will attach an example but this is very much the most complicated one. I will require work to be completed this week. I should be able to award this tomorrow. Final work should be in a vector format. Please approximate price - I will ask you for your final price when I have the specific brief tomorrow. I will short list before I do this. Thank you.
MS SQL EXPERT NEEDED (USA BASED ONLY)
As an expert, you must be residing in the USA, be able to provide a W9 tax form as a consultant, and sign an NDA. The project involves analyzing a complex MS SQL database with over 1500 tables in order to dump and convert the raw data tables into MySQL. The backup is nearly 15GB of data. The schema is based on Enspire ERP and requires the ability to identify which tables are joined in order to output relevant archive data. You will work together to provide samples of what data fields are identified and narrow down only those which are required. Many system fields are likely and not needed, so it will be a process of working together to adequately arrive at a curated MySQL database. Migration of resulting data will be part of the process onto a Linux cloud server with MySQL installed. Project will be awarded based on best overall estimated total hours to complete.
