Lead Generation Expert – Web Design & Software Services

We are a UK-based software and web development agency looking for an experienced Lead Generation Expert to help us generate qualified leads through cold email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and targeted list building.

Our in-house team already handles content, SEO, social media management, and branding. We now need someone who can execute direct outbound lead generation and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
• Build highly targeted prospect lists (industry + location + decision-makers)
• Run cold email outreach campaigns
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, DMs, follow-ups)
• Generate qualified conversations and book appointments
• Track and report outreach performance
• Follow the agency’s outreach strategy and guidelines
• Perform consistent daily outreach activity

You must have:
• Proven experience generating leads for software, web development, digital, or service-based agencies
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn prospecting
• Experience with cold email tools (Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, smartlead, etc.)
• Ability to build and verify targeted email lead lists
• Ability to produce quality outreach scripts
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to produce conversations within 1–2 weeks
