I need a family lawyer to help me with a child arrangement order that has been going on since November. S7 report recommended that I have unsupervised contact every other week and on Wednesday. However in May we could not agree on Wednesday contact as I was seeking overnight. The court then decided they could not make a decision so it was pushed back into October. They have now asked for an addendum s7 report to be completed by July which won’t be good this time because this new social worker does not like me and supports ex partner. Also the part I find disturbing is that It was recommended I have unsupervised contact but still they failed to offer me any form of interim contact knowing that October is months away which is not ideal at all. Therefore I need to urgently request emergency hearing for interim contact be put in place as I cannot continue like this. I believe it might be a C2 form I need to file. Also I need help filing N161 form to appeal a PSO which is preventing me from going to my girls nursery, etc
